What is your shipping policy?
All packages are shipped through USPS Priority within 2 -3 weeks of placing your order. Please note that shipping times are dependent on postal services, holidays, etc. Customers will receive tracking numbers via email, once an item has been shipped. If you have questions regarding the location of your package, please contact the US Postal Service with your tracking number for more information.
DOMESTIC
Milkshake Active ships currently ships domestic.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. This will not be forever , though! So stay tuned for further updates!
How do the products run?
Milkshake Activewear runs true to size for most of our products. If there is a sizing difference, it will be stated in the product description.
Do You Accept Returns?
Of course! We allow for full refunds on unworn and odor-free clothing with the tag in place.
Items not eligible for returns:
Items marked final sale
One pieces
Items with deodorant marks, odor, and signs of wear (including perfumes)
Items discounted at 30% or more
We reserve the right to deny any items received that do not fall under this policy. Denied returns will be returned back to you.
